Charlotte’s Counter- Pairs Food With Music This Wednesday in a New Location
Progressive Charlotte restaurant Counter (The restaurant styles its name as Counter-) opened in 2020 and gained great momentum in the culinary scene when it shut down in July 2022 to expand. Chef Sam Hart and his team are going from 1300 square feet at the original Thrift Road location to 5300 square feet with the new Morehead Street address of Counter and attached wine bar Bibilo.

Dali Tribute Menu: our trippiest menu yet
First, we are absolutely dumbfounded by the support you gave by selling out of first month of reopening in less than a day!
As we end 2022, we will also showcase one of the wildest artists who ever lived and is an equally talented wife and cook: Salvador and Gala Dali.
There are two experiences available. One takes place the days leading up to New Year's Eve which will be a 10-Course dinner using some of Gala's recipes and other in honor of Salvador's art. The second event is on New Year's Eve itself. It will be a 20-Course tasting menu including white truffles, caviar, and other unique ingredients. Wine pairings are included in this dinner as well, and as you will see the price tag... we are going all out.
We hope to see you there as we finish out a wild, crazy, year!
