Episode 6 features Counter- with Chef/Owner Sam Hart. Sam opened Counter- in the fall of 2020 and in less than six months, it’s already been a massive success. He hasn’t always been a chef though… With a background in advertising, he started cooking out of necessity early in his career. Years later, the concept of Counter- was born, as an antithesis to the traditional ways things have been done in the restaurant industry - and they’ve taken artistry to a whole new level.
